World-Class
Jeweler Opens in Little Rock
Kenneth Edwards Fine Jewelers Touts Experience,
Exclusivity and Unique Designs
Little
Rock, Ark. (April 25, 2005) – Offering
original designs, exclusive lines and the
latest in fine fashion, Kenneth Edwards Fine
Jewelers has opened the doors of its brand-new Little
Rock store with the promise of providing a
unique jewelry-shopping experience that was
until now unseen anywhere in Arkansas.
The company believes its uniqueness also
applies to more than precious stones and
metals.
“We’ve created Kenneth Edwards Fine Jewelers with
every customer in mind,” says company president,
Ken Shelton, a 20-year veteran of the jewelry business. “We
offer the perfect pieces for all tastes, whether
it’s traditional or progressive. Besides having
the type of jewelry typically found only on Fifth
Avenue or Rodeo Drive, we provide our customers
with something more rare, and perhaps more important,
than our precious stones – we believe what makes
the most lasting impression is that rarity known
as quality service. And rare is the jeweler that
provides it all.”
Shelton’s
career in jewelry began at Stifft’s Jewelers, considered
by many as the finest jeweler in Arkansas history.
He then moved to Bailey Banks & Biddle where
he received many awards, including Top Salesperson,
Manager of the Year and Regional Manager. Along
the way he has built lasting relationships with
some of the world’s top jewelers, which helped
form his vision for his business.
“My goal was to create the best jewelry store
in Arkansas,” says Shelton, “so before opening
our doors, I visited more than 50 independent and
chain jewelers across the country to discover what
makes them so valuable to the communities they
serve. Kenneth Edwards Fine Jewelers is a place
where our customers are greeted with enthusiasm
and appreciation – a place where friendships are
formed.”
In addition to its wide array of product types,
styles and award-winning designers, the store also
offers the exclusive distribution of some of the
most sought-after names in jewelry.
“We carry the full line of Ritani, as well as
some amazing pieces from Harout,” says Shelton. “We
are also the only official Philip Stein Teslar
watch store in Little
Rock. They are one of the hottest watches on
the planet and, until recently, you could only
find them at a few exclusive distribution points.”
The store, located at 7811
Cantrell Road, contains 1,850 square
feet of space, nearly 80 linear feet of showcase
space and a built-in shop for an onsite jeweler.
The store is owned and operated by Ken and
Steffany Shelton.
